Silence that kills.....

Someone asked him once, "Do you love her?"
He was silent; He didn't answer this question. He had tears in his eyes, but he didn't show them to him. As always, his mind was dealing with these questions and not his heart. He knew the answer. He knew that he loved her, but didn't say anything.

He was crying that day. Crying really hard. She was there with him, she was trying to wipe his tears, but she failed, as he kept moving away. She was also crying with him. She asked him, "Do you love me? Say you love me." Again, a big silence. She wanted to hear it from him. She wanted the answer so badly. He didn't say anything.

Our mind always thinks radically, and very rarely does it think emotionally. Our heart has all the answers, but most of the times, the mind doesn't let it supersede. It is its ego that spoils everything that is hidden in our heart. Rather than building synch with the heart, it strongly suppresses it. Our heart is not weak, but it tries to handle situations very smoothly. In this particular situation, it failed.

Finally the day came, when the heart fought its way out of the boundaries drawn by the mind. It finally generated the courage in itself, and answered all these questions. The boy finally said it, "Yes, I love you. And I can't afford to lose you, ever."

But it was too late. The girl had already left him. All alone he is today. His friends try to cheer him up, but no use. He tries to tangle with a lot of things, goes out, roams from one place to other, meets different people. But end of the day, just before he goes to sleep, he remembers all that happened in those days. He tries so hard to forget it all, but he fails. His mind again is playing all these games. "Why now? Why not then? Does it matter anymore?" are the questions that he asks himself, not aware of the fights taking place inside of him.

The soul tries to calm the situation between heart and mind. But in the meantime, they all forget about the body, that suffers the most.
Mind: The girl was not the only thing that mattered in his life
Heart: But now she's gone :'( ..."
Mind: So whats next?
Heart: You tell us, you are the one responsible for all this.
Body: Will anyone feed me? I'm starving.
All: Shut up!
Body: (silent).

The body finally gets angry, and decides that its not going to accept anything that is offered to it. Gandhigiri of the body makes the heart and mind surrender. They finally apologize to it and ask it to eat something, otherwise all will suffer. The body finally accepts the apology and starts eating again. But, the heart still speaks of her, the mind still brings back the memories, and the soul isn't able to attach itself with any other.

The boy finally realizes his mistakes, and tries to move on. The words are easy, but very difficult to work upon. A corner of his heart still feels for her. Some part of it still believes that she'll come back. The mind laughs at it, but there's nothing else it can do in this situation, anyways.

He loves her a lot, respects her even more. She left him for a reason. He knows the reason, and will make sure not to make the same mistakes again. He isn't crying (or at least he pretends that way). He laughs, cracks jokes, talks a lot, the same way as before.

But, its the silence that kills..........

certain things are meant to happen.. silence lingers for long at times, not to sadden u but to let u ponder over all that happened and revive urself ... as its only wen u are alone with urself u get to reflect upon ur words and actions... let not the heart and mind fight... let them unite to get a better clear picture.. mourn for only those things that deserve the pain and anguish u bear....

Your line is very deep. Can you please describe in brief what you meant by that?
